"I had a great experience working with Leah! Her customer service was phenomenal. I had been having an issue getting my name change recognized after my marriage, and it was honestly quite frustrating because other people I spoke to didn't seem to understand the problem and couldn't get it fixed. Until I got connected with Leah! She understood my issue immediately and got it resolved quickly and with the attention to detail it needed. I am so grateful for her!"

"I had been with the same insurance company for years. With an increase in rates and a need to make a few changes, I decided to look at other insurance companies and I contacted Dan Knutson at State Farm. He was very helpful! He reviewed my current policies and made really good suggestions on what needed to be updated. He went the extra mile and contacted the company that has my town house association policy so he could make sure I had adequate coverage on my home owner's policy. Dan was able to increase my coverage where needed and still save me money!"

"My experience with state farm from day one has been great! I recently had my debit card compromised and had to close the account and wait for my new card to come in the mail. I had this account on auto pay but had forgotten it was my card associated with this account instead of my husbands card. State Farm was on top of notifying me via email and thankfully a call to follow up as I had some issues getting into my online account and switching card payments for auto pay. I believe she said her name was Jess, I hope I am getting that right. She was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was super helpful and understanding of the situation. In a world where customer service isn’t always a priority, I appreciate doing business with companies where the customer service is above and beyond! Thank you again!"
